Justice Combination + Burning Strike are the only Ultimates with a possible advantage over your regular strings as a combo ender and both only cost 3 bars. Supers are merely there for utility and you won't need them too often. Other than that, you already gain a boost to Strike Supers via Future Super Saiyan + Cabba's Soul.

Stamina is by far the best stat in the game. Putting as much as possible in it seems mandatory. Strike Supers is the best offensive stat for a Male Earthling. Maxing that out as soon as you can is mandatory.Ki is pretty much better in every way. Ki does more damage, is ranged, and there are also many more ki supers/ultimates than there are strikes while all the strike ultimates being garbage except justice combo.
